Nudge ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data we collect through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

• Contact details — your email address when you request the free Get Unstuck Kit or buy the Toolkit.
• Order information — what you purchased and when, so we can deliver your download and support you.
• Support messages — if you email us, we keep the correspondence.
• Usage and technical data — such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used for security and product improvement.

We never see or store your payment card details — payments are handled entirely by Paddle (see section 3).

2. Why We Use Your Data (Legal Basis)

• To deliver what you asked for — sending the free kit, delivering your Toolkit download link and receipt (performance of a contract).
• Security and fraud prevention — protecting the Service and download links (legitimate interests).
• Product improvement — understanding how the site is used (legitimate interests).
• Customer support — responding to your questions (legitimate interests / contract).
• Legal obligations — keeping transaction records where required by tax and accounting laws.

3. Who We Share Data With

• Paddle (Merchant of Record) — our online reseller Paddle.com processes the sale of the Toolkit, including payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
• Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Professional advisers — such as legal or accounting advisers, where needed.
• Authorities — where we are required to do so by law.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential storage (for example, to remember your email for checkout and your offer timer) and may use privacy-friendly analytics. Essential storage is required for the site to function; you can clear it anytime in your browser settings. We do not use marketing/advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed: order and transaction records are retained as required by tax and accounting law, support correspondence for up to 24 months, and email sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and expiring download links.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@nudgeteam.store — we respond within one month.

8. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (including Paddle) process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
