How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at support@nudgeteam.store with your order details and we'll help.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
After a Refund
Once a refund is completed, your download link for the Toolkit will be deactivated. The free 5-Minute Get Unstuck Kit is always free and is not affected by refunds.
